Compensation:
Competitive About the Role Software Engineer responsible for designing, building, and maintaining production software systems. Work across the full stack and contribute to architecture decisions on real systems used by real users. What You Will Do Design, develop, test, and deploy production software features end-to-end Build and maintain APIs, data pipelines, and integrations across internal and third-party systems Write clean, well-tested, maintainable code following team standards Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, and architecture decisions Debug and resolve production issues; contribute to operational reliability Collaborate with product, design, and operations on features that move metrics What We Are Looking For Software engineering background through any path (computer science degree, bootcamp, self-taught, or related technical experience) Comfort with at least one modern programming language and a willingness to learn additional stacks Familiarity with web frameworks, APIs, and database fundamentals Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently or as part of a team Curiosity about how systems are designed and maintained at scale What You Will Gain Real ownership of production systems used by customers and internal teams Exposure to modern tooling including AI and LLM workflow integration Mentorship from senior engineers across architecture, code quality, and system design Career growth path into Senior Engineer, Tech Lead, or Engineering Manager roles
