We are seeking a highly experienced Senior .NET Developer with a strong background in building and maintaining enterprise-level applications, preferably within government environments. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Microsoft technologies, service-oriented architecture, and secure application development, along with experience handling sensitive healthcare data.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain scalable n-tier web applications using .NET technologies Build and integrate RESTful and SOAP-based web services Collaborate with UI/UX teams, business analysts, architects, and project managers to define requirements and timelines Develop and optimize database structures, queries, and stored procedures in Oracle Implement secure authentication and authorization mechanisms Participate in full software development lifecycle including CI/CD processes Ensure compliance with data security standards, especially for healthcare-related applications

Required Qualifications:

84 months of experience using Microsoft Visual Studio with C#, ASP.NET, and Web API 84 months of experience developing web applications using HTML, XML, JSON, AJAX, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, and CSS 84 months of Oracle experience including database design, PL/SQL, stored procedures, triggers, views, and indexing 84 months of experience with Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA), including

WCF, REST/SOAP

APIs, messaging/queue processing, and enterprise integration 72 months of experience with Team Foundation Server (TFS) and GitLab, including CI/CD pipelines 72 months of experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (UI/UX, BA, PM, Architecture)

Preferred Qualifications:
