Role:
Python Image Analysis programmer (Clinical Imaging Informatics Programmer)
Location:
Tarrytown, NY (Day 1 Onsite /Hybrid) Job description: Imaging informatics programmer, familiar with imaging informatics tools and environments such as DICOM, Nifti, E2E, PACS, Flywheel etc Familiarity with imaging data headers and meta data; familiarity with imaging operational reports and tracking requirements; familiarity with developing databasing and WebApps tools such as SQL, R-Shinny, DataIKU etc Familiarity with Database administration, such as DB tables maintenance, optimization, indexing, creating views/stored procedures based on project requirements. Python data science skills for data manipulation, web frameworks, visualization, and Machine Learning. Develop and deploy imaging data collection and analysis monitoring database and build Web Apps (such as Shinny App) to allow tracking of the operation and data quality
