Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Integration Developer to support and enhance a large-scale, enterprise Customer Service Management platform. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining integrations and customizations within a Dynamics 365 environment, ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions that align with business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, test, and implement custom plugins, workflows, and extensions within Dynamics 365 Build integrations with external systems using Azure services such as Logic Apps, Functions, and Service Bus Develop and configure solutions using Power Platform (Model-driven apps, Canvas apps, Power Automate, Dataverse) Translate business requirements into technical designs in collaboration with stakeholders Optimize system performance and troubleshoot technical issues Implement and manage security using role-based access and identity services Utilize Azure DevOps for version control, CI/CD pipelines, and deployments Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions Ensure adherence to best practices for performance, security, and maintainability Provide technical guidance and support as needed

Required Qualifications:

8+ years of experience in enterprise application development 3-8 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM/365 development and customization Strong proficiency in C#, .NET, and JavaScript Experience with Azure services (Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, Storage, APIM, Synapse) In-depth knowledge of Dataverse, Power Apps, and Power Automate Experience with development tools such as Visual Studio and Azure DevOps (Repos, Pipelines) Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Experience working in Agile environments

Preferred Qualifications:
