Job Description
Game Developer We are seeking a skilled Game Developer to join our team in Akron. As a Game Developer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing code for new games, as well as maintaining and updating existing games. You will work closely with other members of the development team, including artists, designers, and engineers, to create engaging and immersive gaming experiences.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in game development
- Proficient in programming languages such as C++, C#, and Java
- Experience with game engines such as Unity or Unreal Engine
- Strong understanding of game design principles and mechanics
- Experience with 3D graphics and animation
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement code for new games from concept to release
- Collaborate with artists, designers, and engineers to develop game features and mechanics
- Troubleshoot and debug issues in existing games
- Optimize game performance for different platforms
