Game Developer
Full Time (Akron, Ohio) We are seeking a talented and experienced Game Developer to join our growing team in Akron, Ohio.
As a Game Developer, you will be responsible for creating and implementing engaging and interactive games for our clients. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1700 per month.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the design team to develop game concepts and ideas
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code for games
Use industry-standard tools and software to create game assets and animations
Develop game mechanics, levels, and features that are fun and challenging for players
Test and debug games to ensure smooth gameplay experience on various platforms
Continuously optimize game performance and implement updates based on player feedback
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Game Development or related field preferred
Minimum of 2 years experience as a Game Developer or similar role
Proficient in coding languages such as C++, Java, or Unity
Experience with game engines such as Unreal or Unity
Strong knowledge of game design principles and mechanics
Familiarity with 2D/3D animation software (e.g. Maya, Blender)
Ability to work well in a team environment
Excellent problem-solving skills
Passion for video games This position is open to both local candidates from Akron as well as foreigners who are legally authorized to work in the United States.
