Job Description

Virtual Reality and Augmented Reality Developer Our company, located in Akron, is seeking a highly skilled Virtual Reality and Augmented Reality Developer to join our team. As a VR/AR Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing immersive virtual and augmented reality experiences for various platforms. You will collaborate with designers, artists, and other developers to create cutting-edge VR/AR applications.
Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop immersive VR/AR experiences for various platforms such as Oculus Rift, HTC Vive, Microsoft HoloLens, etc.
  • Collaborate with designers, artists, and other developers to create engaging VR/AR content
  • Test and debug VR/AR applications to ensure high performance and user satisfaction
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies in the VR/AR industry and incorporate them into your work
  • Optimize VR/AR experiences for different devices and platforms
  • Troubleshoot technical issues that may arise during development process
  • Document code and provide support to other team members when needed
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in virtual reality or augmented reality development
  • Strong knowledge of programming languages such as C++, C#, or Java
  • Experience with game engines like Unity or Unreal Engine
  • Familiarity with 3D modeling software such as Blender or Maya
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively
  • Passion for emerging technologies and desire to stay updated on industry trends
Salary:
$1700/month (negotiable based on experience)
Location:
Akron (open to Pakistani or Egyptian nationalities)
Type of Employment:
Full-time (own visa preferred)
