Job Description:

Join our innovative team as a Senior Full Stack & Gen AI Developer, where you'll lead the development of advanced applications using cutting-edge AI tools. This remote role offers the chance to drive technical projects from concept to completion. Responsibilities Collaborate with stakeholders to convert business needs into technical designs and system architectures. Quickly prototype solutions to demonstrate feasibility and gain stakeholder approval. Manage the complete codebase, including backend services, frontend interfaces, APIs, and deployment pipelines. Enhance data-heavy applications for optimal performance and reliability. Ensure seamless integration and maintenance of enterprise platforms across various business lines. Utilize AI-assisted coding tools to boost development speed and quality. Design and orchestrate multi-agent systems to autonomously solve complex workflows. Navigate production readiness processes and coordinate across teams for successful application deployment. Skills Proficiency in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern frontend frameworks. Experience with cloud infrastructure, particularly GCP, and infrastructure as code using Terraform. Strong understanding of AI and GenAI, including LLMs and agentic AI frameworks. Ability to design high-performance, data-intensive applications. Familiarity with enterprise operations, including Active Directory and ServiceNow. Preferred Skills Experience in financial institutions or regulated industries. Comfortable collaborating across organizational boundaries and driving technical initiatives independently.
