Fullstack (.Net/Blazor) Support Developer

Job Description The .NET Developer will support an application team within a large financial services organization. This role is responsible for analyzing, enhancing, and modernizing business-critical systems that support producer management and related enterprise functions. This individual will work closely with an established application development team and cross-functional stakeholders, including legal and compliance partners, to support ongoing platform improvements and modernization efforts. The ideal candidate is a self-driven engineer who can independently own technical deliverables and operate effectively with minimal direction.

• Analyze and support C#/.NET applications and APIs, gaining a strong understanding of system architecture and functionality
• Execute on modernization efforts, including upgrades, enhancements, and refactoring of legacy systems
• Evaluate and support system integrations across producer management and enterprise platforms
• Build proof-of-concepts (POCs) to validate technical approaches and modernization strategies
• Create clear, concise technical documentation (system analysis, recommendations, future-state designs)
• Partner with engineering, legal, and compliance teams to implement updates and ensure system alignment
• Own and deliver on assigned projects independently, from analysis through execution, with minimal direction

• 3+ years of experience with C# / .NET Core development
• Strong experience working with REST APIs and backend systems
• Experience supporting or modernizing legacy applications
• Experience with UI frameworks such as React or Blazor
• Ability to work independently and own projects end-to-end
• Experience using AI tools (Copilot, ChatGPT, etc.) to improve coding efficiency and productivity Excellent Oral Communication
• Experience with event-driven architecture (Kafka or similar)
• Experience working in integration-heavy environments
• Background in financial services, insurance, or regulated systems Experience supporting modernization or transformation initiatives
