Lead PowerApps Developer Location:

Cincinnati, Ohio (On-site)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a technical leader to drive the migration and modernization of critical applications using the Power platform. Our team values hands-on expertise and the ability to foster collaboration as we transform legacy systems into efficient, scalable solutions.

Responsibilities:

Build and modernize high-risk business technology applications on the Power platform utilizing Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse. Lead a small technical team and provide training on Power platform technologies. Collaborate closely with subject matter experts, developers, and business partners to implement robust solutions. Establish and document patterns to streamline migration and development efforts for future application transfers.

Required:

Hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, and SQL Server. Background working with Access databases. Ability to develop APIs and strong knowledge of .NET full stack. Demonstrated leadership, effective communication skills, and UX-oriented thinking.
