W2 TECHNICAL SKILLS
Must Have 5+ year s experience on ServiceNow platform a Business Analyst Change Detection Enterprise Applications Java Scripting Tripwire Nice To Have ServiceNow Development Experience Required Skills & Experience 7+ years in ITSM, Change Enablement, Platform/SRE Ops, or Security Operations in a regulated financial environment. Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow Change, Event/ITOM, CMDB/CSDM, and workflow automation (Flow Designer, IntegrationHub). Experience with Tripwire, mainframe reporting (DB2/SAVER), or similar detection/FIM tools. Demonstrated ability to build or oversee automated reconciliation between detection sources and approved changes. Solid understanding of ITIL 4 (Change Enablement, Monitoring & Event Management). Strong governance, analytical, and problem-solving skills, including root-cause and corrective action. Excellent communication skills for executive reporting and audit/regulator interaction. Desired Skills ITIL 4 Managing Professional; ServiceNow CIS certifications;
CISA/CISM/CRISC.
Experience improving change quality, reducing false positives, and designing control dashboards. Understanding of
NIST, OCC, FFIEC
change/configuration management expectations. Knowledge of DevOps pipelines, cloud change/event signals, or CI/CD reconciliation.
