Full-Time Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced Solution Architect / Tech Lead to lead the architecture and development of an AI-driven automation platform focused on Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC). The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in AI/ML systems, agentic architectures, cloud-native platforms, workflow automation, and enterprise integrations. This role will drive the end-to-end technical vision for AI agents, DSL-based workflow orchestration, backend services, and SFMC automation solutions. Strong expertise in:

LLMs Agentic AI architectures Prompt engineering RAG pipelines Experience designing distributed systems and workflow automation platforms. Deep understanding of DSL design, ASTs, interpreters, and compiler concepts. Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or TypeScript. Experience with AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform, containers, and microservices architecture. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience building AI-driven automation or autonomous agent platforms. Knowledge of AMPscript and SSJS. Background in Salesforce Marketing Cloud or marketing automation platforms. Experience with event-driven architectures and messaging systems. Familiarity with AI governance, compliance, and secure execution frameworks.
