Up to 50% (project-based) Company Overview Makino is a global leader in machining technology for aerospace, automotive, and medical industries. Job Summary Support aerospace engine component manufacturing through process development, tooling design, CNC programming, and customer collaboration. Responsibilities Utilizing Makino's advanced milling and grinding platforms, utilizing 3+2 and simultaneous 5-axis machining techniques. Develop machining processes and NC programs (Siemens NX). Design tooling, fixtures, and dressing rolls. Simulate programs in Vericut; execute on Makino platforms. Conduct test cuts and machine demos. Provide post-sale support and training at customer sites. Document project results and process plans. Qualifications Bachelor's in engineering or 2+ years relevant experience. OR 5+ years hands-on machining/CNC experience. Aerospace and tight-tolerance machining preferred. Multi-axis CNC, Fanuc/Makino controls knowledge.
