You will play a key role in implementing new designs, Problem-solving on current designs, troubleshooting production issues, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and support manufacturing applications.
- Assist in the design and deployment of custom applications or modifications to existing systems to meet both the customer and the plant's needs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the installation of our systems.
- Advise production, Project Managers, and Contractors on application design.
- Support data collection and analysis for process monitoring and decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment (internships or co-ops considered).
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, automation, and control systems.
- Proficiency in CAD software, PLC programming, and/or manufacturing execution systems (MES) is a plus..
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Knowledge of Industry 4.0 technologies and smart manufacturing.
- Hands-on experience with manufacturing devices in a plant setting.
