Successful candidates will have strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.
Job Responsibilities:
Design and implement new capabilities and custom software solutions to solve unique government customer problems Follow best practices to write well-tested, high performing code Identify and resolve issues found in existing code Integrate capabilities with external services and tools Participate in code reviews and mentor team members Communicate status and technical details with customers Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in computer science or relevant STEM field U.S Citizenship with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI Security Clearance Required Experience 12 + years experience writing, maintaining, debugging, and testing code Experience with RESTful web services Experience with server-side languages, preference toward Golang, NodeJS, and/or Python Experience with frontend JavaScript frameworks, preference toward Angular and Vue Experience with version control software (e.g., Git) Experience with bug/issue tracking software such as JIRA Required Skills Ability to communicate technical details of work Ability to work in a dynamic environment and take ownership for segments of a project Strong oral and written communication and organizational skills Open, team-oriented, with a strong desire to learn Desired Experience Experience with containerized deployment such as Docker Experience utilizing document store databases, such as Elasticsearch, OpenSearch and MongoDB Experience with Kubernetes and Helm Experience with CI/CD pipelines utilizing
