POSITION SUMMARY
Responsible for providing valve and actuation solutions to customers for all product lines of Total Valve Systems and must maintain a professional appearance and interact with multiple levels of management and personnel both in house and with customers in order to support project schedules. Will be self-motivated and able to multi-task with extreme organization.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
Support the outside sales team, figure and deliver job quotes Acquire PO Complete work order set-up Sizing valve pressure drops Search/source products and services required for projects Generate win/loss analysis and make recommendations to pricing adjustments and lead time strategies Schedule shipping & set up logistics Serve as liaison between the customer, suppliers and various departments Project management Communicate job specifications with manufacturing team Interface daily with engineering/manufacturing regarding delivery schedules Collaborate with management team in establishing realistic sales goals Perform sales activities on major accounts and negotiate sales price and discounts in consultation with executive management and sales staff Travel to factory sales meeting/training schools as required Conduct regular lunch and learns Ensure guidelines are met, policies are followed, expenses controlled Organize and schedule visits and sales calls with factory reps Ensure customer satisfaction order/contract compliance Help implement procedures to review and renew customer contracts and special pricing agreements in advance of expiration dates Keep up to date with products and competitors New account sales growth, sales of emerging products and multiproduct sales, profitability, improved presentation strategies, competitive strategies, proper use and level of sales support

Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading technical publications. Participate in required meetings and training.

Education and Experience:

Language Skills:
Must be able to read and write English / additional languages a plus but not expected Ability to read and interpret common scientific and technical journals and blueprints. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
Mathematical Skills:
Ability to apply concepts such as basic fractions, percentages, ratios and proportions to practical situations.
