This position requires you to be in our Tulsa, OK office fulltime. You will not be considered if you do not live in commuting distance. Java Developers are responsible for analyzing user requirements and business objectives, determining application features and functionality, and recommending changes to existing Java-based applications, among other duties.
Duties:
  • Develop, test, and maintain high-quality software applications using Java and related technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement software solutions.
  • Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices.
  • Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards.
  • Troubleshoot and debug issues in existing software applications.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in software development.
Qualifications:
  • Strong experience in Java development.
  • Experience working with APIs and integrating third-party services.
  • Knowledge of Linux operating systems and shell scripting.
  • Process understanding and improvement skills are a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work as part of a team.
  • Analytical mindset and good problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Good organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail.
