Job description: Join R. Watson & Associates, Inc. - Build Cutting-Edge C# + AI-Powered Solutions! At R. Watson & Associates, Inc., we're a fast-growing innovator delivering high-impact software solutions powered by C# and advanced AI. We're seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer with strong C# expertise and genuine enthusiasm for AI integration to join our dynamic team and help shape the future of intelligent, scalable, and secure applications.
What You'll Do:
Develop robust back-end services and APIs using C# and .NET, ensuring seamless data integration while embedding AI-driven features (chatbots, intelligent search, predictive logic, automation, etc.). Build modern, responsive front-end interfaces with Next.js, React, and Tailwind CSS, including rich AI-interactive components and real-time AI-enhanced user experiences. Deploy and manage cloud infrastructure on AWS (EC2, ECS, RDS, IAM, etc.) with a strong focus on security, scalability, and seamless integration of AWS AI services (Amazon Bedrock, SageMaker, Comprehend, etc.). Collaborate with a creative, forward-thinking team to design, develop, and launch innovative features that leverage AI to solve real business problems. Optimize performance, enhance security, and maintain clean, efficient code through thoughtful refactoring — while actively using AI coding assistants (GitHub Copilot, Claude, Grok, etc.) to accelerate development and elevate code quality. Stay curious and proactively explore emerging technologies — especially the latest advancements in AI, LLMs, and intelligent systems — to keep our entire stack cutting-edge.
What You Bring:
3+ years of professional experience with C# and .NET (Core or Framework), including building production APIs, back-end services, and integrating AI capabilities. Hands-on expertise in Next.js, React, and Tailwind CSS for crafting responsive front-end interfaces, with demonstrated experience building AI-enhanced UIs. Practical experience with AWS services (EC2, ECS, RDS, IAM) and familiarity with
AWS AI/ML
offerings — bonus points for deeper cloud architecture and AI deployment knowledge. Proficiency with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL), version control (Git), and integrating AI APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure AI, etc.). Strong problem-solving skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a genuine passion for learning — especially in the rapidly evolving AI space. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
Nice-to-Haves:
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, or Kubernetes. Familiarity with front-end testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress, Playwright). Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies. Hands-on experience with AI frameworks, vector databases (pgvector, Pinecone, etc.), RAG architectures, or prompt engineering. Proven ability to leverage AI coding tools daily to dramatically increase productivity and code quality.
Why You'll Love It Here:
Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits. A vibrant, inclusive team where your ideas — and your AI experiments — genuinely make an impact. The opportunity to work on exciting, real-world projects that combine solid C# engineering with cutting-edge AI. A culture that encourages continuous learning, experimentation, and career growth.
