This is a great opportunity for either an up-and-coming Superintendent with 4+ years of multifamily experience or a seasoned Senior Superintendent who is ready to take on larger, more complex projects. This role offers flexibility depending on experience level. A more junior Superintendent may step into a key field leadership role with strong support from the project team, while a Senior Superintendent will have the opportunity to lead projects more independently and play a larger role in overall field strategy. You'll be responsible for managing day-to-day field operations, coordinating subcontractors, maintaining schedules, and ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard of quality.

Superintendent Responsibilities:
Oversee daily field operations from project start through closeout. Coordinate subcontractors, material deliveries, and project schedules. Maintain daily field reports and monitor construction progress. Collaborate with the Project Manager, subcontractors, inspectors, and project stakeholders. Perform quality control inspections and resolve field issues. Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and schedules. Build and maintain strong relationships with project teams, subcontractors, and local officials. For senior-level candidates, provide broader field leadership, mentor junior team members, and take ownership of larger or more complex projects.
Superintendent Requirements:
Experience may range from a developing Superintendent ready for the next step to a Senior Superintendent with deep multifamily project leadership experience. 4+ years' experience as a Superintendent or Senior Superintendent on multifamily construction projects is required. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and scopes of work. Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with Procore, Microsoft Project, or similar construction software is a plus. Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, quality control, and job site safety. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. High school diploma or GED required.
Compensation:
$120K-$180K DOE + bonus
Pay:
$120,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
