Our challenge The Pega Lead System Architect (LSA) is responsible for designing and implementing complex Pega solutions, providing technical leadership, and ensuring best practices in Pega development. The LSA collaborates with business stakeholders and other technical team members to deliver scalable and efficient Pega applications that meet business needs. Additional Information• The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Pittsburgh, PA/Dallas, TX is $130k - $140k/year & benefits (see below).
The Role Responsibilities:
Lead the design, development, and implementation of Pega solutions for enterprise clients. Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, including other architects and developers. Develop and review integration strategies, data models, and application architecture. Ensure adherence to Pega best practices, standards, and governance. Conduct code reviews and mentor team members to improve their technical skills. Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and clients to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during development and deployment. Conduct Pega architecture assessments and application health checks. Stay updated with the latest Pega features, tools, and industry trends.
Requirements:
Extensive experience in Pega development and implementations. Pega Certified Lead System Architect (LSA) certification. Strong understanding of Pega PRPC, BPM, decision management, and case management. Experience with integrating Pega systems with other enterprise applications. Proficiency in Java, SQL, web services, and REST APIs. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with Pega Robotics and Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH). Knowledge of agile development methodologies. Strong documentation and stakeholder management skills.
