The Solution Architect will be responsible for- Design solutions for the project that enable customer to meet their process business goals
- Leading the requirement session with client
- Development of solution architecture and design across a set of applications or application product family within an enterprise
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Development of solution architecture and design across a set of applications or application product family within an enterprise
- Enable customer to fulfil the stated project objectives
- Lead solution of the product implementation
- Support execution of project from solution perspective and technology perspective
- Prepare and Review estimations
- Support presales
Support QC Skills Required:
Essential:
- Strong PCLA Insurance domain knowledge in North American Indian Asia Pacific UK market
- Experience in ICD ICM
- Experience in UML based analysis and design using tools eg Rational Rose Together J
- Experience in setting up business rules and workflow engines
- Design Development experience with object oriented programming in JAVA technology stack
- Experience in both high level as well as low level design
- Should have conducted requirements sessions understanding customers business processes
- Understand and use frameworks to design and review solutions for functional and non-functional requirements
- Leading a team of software specialists engineers for the creation implementation of solution architecture for a product application
- Experience in any database with clear understanding of RDBMS concepts
Desirable:
- Experience in performance tuning of product application
- Exposure to design frameworks
- Exposure to automation tools
Functional Skills:
- Understand the principles of accounting or commerce or finance Other skills:
- Managing a team of 10-12 resources
- Good communication as there would be a need to work closely with the customers
- Ready to travel onsite for 23 months duration
- Experience in Estimation methodologies
