This is a pure technical Workday Integration Lead role (NOT functional-only or configuration-focused). ? Role Summary We are looking for a Senior Workday Integration Lead with deep expertise in Workday Studio, enterprise integrations, and data flow architecture to support large-scale implementations and production environments. This role requires strong hands-on integration development + leadership experience across Workday HR & Financial systems. ? Must Have Skills 7+ years of Workday Integration experience Strong expertise in Workday Studio Hands-on experience with Web Services, XML, XSLT, SOAP, Java Experience building integrations across Workday HR & Financials Experience working with: EIBs, Core Connectors, Workday Studio Custom Reports & Calculated Fields Strong debugging & root cause analysis skills ? Good to Have Experience with Workday Extend, Prism Analytics, Conversions Exposure to
PGP / SSH
key management Experience with Document Transformation / APIs Experience working in enterprise integration ecosystems ? Key Responsibilities Lead design, development & deployment of Workday integrations Develop integrations using Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, Web Services Create detailed integration specifications, field mappings & technical designs Troubleshoot integration issues and perform root cause analysis Design and manage data flows between Workday and external/internal systems Work closely with business & IT stakeholders to gather requirements Provide production support & issue resolution for integrations Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and Workday strategy
