Job Description:

We are looking for a Sr. Java Developer to join a fast-paced technology team supporting enterprise-level applications within the financial services industry. In this role, you will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using modern frameworks and development practices. This position requires strong experience with Java , Spring Boot , Microservices , and Angular , as well as a deep understanding of systems integration and software architecture. The ideal candidate is a hands-on technologist who thrives in collaborative environments and is eager to contribute to high-impact projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, enhance, and maintain Java-based applications using Spring Boot and microservices architecture. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Contribute to application architecture and design decisions, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance. Work with stakeholders to troubleshoot issues, recommend improvements, and implement solutions. Lead by example in applying development best practices, coding standards, and agile methodologies. Estimate development effort, plan tasks, and deliver high-quality solutions on time.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). 8-10 years of professional experience in software development with a focus on Java technologies. Expertise in Java , Spring Boot , and Microservices . Front-end development experience with Angular . Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle, system design, and integration. Experience in the financial services or securities industry is a strong plus. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to communicate technical concepts clearly.
