Wi-Fi Architect Introduction:

International Solutions Group (ISG) is seeking a Wi-Fi Architect to join our team in Philadelphia, PA. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Wi-Fi fundamentals and experience with 802.11 Wi-Fi protocols. As a Wi-Fi Architect, you will collaborate closely with Product & Development teams to identify technical requirements and develop strategies for new products.

Responsibilities:

Strong understanding of Wi-Fi Fundamentals. Knowledge on 802.11 Wi-Fi protocols (a/b/g/n/ac/ax/be) Collaborate with Product & Development teams to identify technical requirements Develop strategies and characterize Wi-Fi behavior in new products Review and verify requirements and design specifications for validity Assist in developing Quality Assurance test methodologies Familiar with advanced Wi-Fi test automation frameworks and industry trends Assist in the identification and resolution of problems and defects

Requirements:

Required:

BS degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering or related field Strong understanding of Wi-Fi antennas, frequency coordination, 802.11 WLAN technologies, and IP protocols Excellent communication skills Moderate level knowledge of scripting Troubleshooting and root-cause-analysis skills 5+ years of experience in networking and wireless technologies Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance

Preferred:

Experience in home networking protocols and technologies such as Bluetooth, Matter, Wi-Fi Experience with broadband product test including DOCSIS, Ethernet, Cable modem standards Hands-on experience with device/consumer products test Background on automated product test environments Ability to work with technology partner/vendor teams Good knowledge of data science tools, scripting, and programming languages Thank you for considering a career with ISG.
