Our company is one of the most significant publicly traded water, wastewater service and natural gas providers in the U.S. The Application Developer II is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining application solutions that support business operations. This role operates with moderate supervision and is expected to complete technical tasks independently while collaborating effectively with IT analysts and business stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and support application solutions aligned to business needs Work independently, with minimal direction, to complete assigned technical tasks Collaborate with IT analysts and business users to gather requirements and deliver solutions Troubleshoot and resolve application issues in a timely manner Participate in system enhancements, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives Ensure code quality, performance, and adherence to development standards Effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders Minimum Qualifications 3+ years of relevant application development experience OR 1+ year of experience in an Application Developer I role Hands-on experience with one or more relevant platforms/technologies such as: Microsoft development tools .NET frameworks
