Senior Java Developer Location:

Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania (On-Site)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team supporting critical banking regulatory technology initiatives. Our focus is on designing and implementing secure, reliable, high availability applications in a collaborative and innovative environment.

Responsibilities:

Lead Full Stack application design, implementation, and deployment initiatives for financial crime regulatory functions. Design and implement data and application pipelines that ensure secure, reliable, high availability solutions with integrated DevSecOps practices. Collaborate with a crew of 8-12 professionals, working within specified technology hubs, to deliver solutions around commercial and retail payments. Work with vendor products and technologies to optimize anti-money laundering processes, transaction screening, and sanction screening functions.

Required:

Minimum of 7-12 years' experience in software engineering roles, preferably within the Commercial/Retail Payments industry, financial services, insurance, or top 10 banks. Expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Python, Unix, and experience with Kafka/MQ and REST APIs. Database experience with Oracle-Exadata, MongoDB, Hadoop/Iceberg. Must have hands-on experience with Lexis Nexis Fircosoft Continuity suite and familiarity with vendor applications supporting anti-money laundering and sanctions.
