Job Description

Overview We are seeking a highly capable Microsoft 365 (M365) professional to design, implement, and support enterprise-grade collaboration, productivity, and security solutions across the M365 ecosystem. This individual will play a critical role in optimizing the modern workplace experience using tools such as Teams, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, OneDrive, and the broader Microsoft cloud stack. Key Responsibilities Design, implement, and support Microsoft 365 solutions across core workloads: Exchange Online SharePoint Online Microsoft Teams (chat, voice, conferencing) OneDrive for Business Administer and maintain the M365 tenant, including user provisioning, licensing, and governance. Configure and manage security & compliance features (e.g., Microsoft Purview, DLP, retention, sensitivity labels). Support identity and access via Azure AD / Entra ID (SSO, Conditional Access, MFA). Lead or contribute to M365 migrations (tenant-to-tenant, on-prem to cloud). Troubleshoot complex issues across the M365 platform and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Implement automation using PowerShell and/or Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) where applicable. Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions. Ensure best practices for governance, security, and user adoption. Provide end-user guidance and contribute to training/documentation efforts. Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience working with Microsoft 365 technologies.
Strong hands-on experience with:
Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online Azure AD / Entra ID (identity, access management) Experience with M365 administration portals and PowerShell scripting. Solid understanding of security and compliance capabilities within M365. Experience supporting or leading cloud migrations. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and own deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications Experience with:
Microsoft Purview / Compliance Center Intune / Endpoint Management Teams Voice / Calling Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) Microsoft certifications such as:
MS-100 / MS-101
(or equivalent) MS-900, AZ-104, SC-300, or related Experience working in enterprise environments or regulated industries. Familiarity with governance and adoption frameworks.
