About the Role We are seeking an AI Solutions & Integration Developer who combines strong systems integration skills with a passion for leveraging AI to solve business problems. This role will work directly with business stakeholders to understand processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and design solutions that connect systems, automate workflows, and enable intelligent business capabilities. General Summary of Position The ideal candidate is comfortable engaging with end users, translating business requirements into technical solutions, troubleshooting integration challenges, and rapidly developing AI-powered applications and automations. This individual should be excited about working with modern AI technologies, agentic workflows, APIs, and intelligent automation platforms to deliver measurable business value. Essential Functions and Responsibilities Partner with business users to understand processes, challenges, and opportunities for improvement. Translate business requirements into practical technical solutions, prototypes, and production-ready applications. Design, develop, and maintain system integrations, automations, and AI-powered solutions. Build, support, and optimize APIs, web services, and data integrations across internal and third-party platforms. Develop AI-driven workflows, agents, copilots, and intelligent automations that improve operational efficiency and user experience. Analyze and troubleshoot system integration issues, data flows, and application interactions across multiple platforms. Design and implement data mapping, transformation, and synchronization processes. Work with databases, SQL queries, and data structures to support integrations, reporting, and solution development. Collaborate with technical and business teams to deliver scalable and maintainable solutions. Create technical documentation, solution designs, and integration specifications. Stay current on emerging AI, automation, and integration technologies and identify opportunities for adoption. Perform other duties and projects as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in application development, systems integration, or solution engineering. Strong experience with API development, integration, and web services. Experience working with SQL and relational databases, including query development, data analysis, and database design concepts. Understanding of data structures, data mapping, transformation, and integration patterns. Experience troubleshooting complex technical issues across multiple applications and platforms. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact directly with business stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to gather requirements, understand business processes, and independently develop solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience developing AI-powered applications, workflows, or business solutions using modern generative AI platforms. Experience with AI development frameworks, agentic workflows, prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), or orchestration platforms. Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and similar technologies. Experience with Python, JavaScript, C#, or similar technologies. Experience integrating enterprise SaaS platforms, CRM systems, ERP systems, and third-party applications. Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Fabric, or cloud-native development. Experience with the Creatio platform or other CRM integrations. Experience with workflow automation and business process orchestration platforms.

WORK LOCATION REQUIREMENTS

The preferred candidate will be able to work a hybrid schedule, with three days per week in our Warminster, PA office. We will also consider fully remote candidates who reside and work in one of the following states: CT, NY, NJ, PA, DE, MD, VA, WV, NC, SC, GA, FL, TX, NV, or
