The ideal candidate has a strong programming background, understands modern AI tools, and can help build custom dashboards, automations, and content workflow systems that improve how our team organizes, searches, and manages digital media. This role requires someone who is technical, creative, highly organized, and up to date on the latest AI tools, APIs, automation platforms, and dashboard solutions. Responsibilities Build and improve a private internal dashboard for media/content operations Create tools to help organize, search, and manage large amounts of digital media Develop AI-assisted workflows for internal team use Connect databases, spreadsheets, cloud tools, local storage, and third-party APIs Build clean, simple interfaces for non-technical employees Automate repetitive content and production tasks Help structure metadata, tags, file paths, transcripts, and project information Recommend useful AI tools, automation systems, and technical improvements Troubleshoot, test, and refine workflows as the system grows Work closely with the team to understand real daily production needs Required Skills Strong programming experience Experience with Python, JavaScript, or similar languages Experience building dashboards, internal tools, or web apps Knowledge of APIs, databases, and automation workflows Familiarity with AI tools, LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI-assisted systems Ability to work with media files, metadata, transcripts, and file organization Experience with tools like Airtable, Google Sheets, Notion, Zapier, Make, or similar platforms Ability to explain technical ideas clearly to non-technical team members Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Preferred Skills Experience with local storage, NAS systems, or large media libraries Experience with search systems, tagging, indexing, or content databases Experience with React, Next.js, Node.js, Supabase, Firebase, PostgreSQL, or similar tools Experience with OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, or other advanced AI tools Experience with media companies, podcasts, YouTube channels, or social media workflows Experience building secure internal systems Understanding of digital content production and publishing workflows Ideal Candidate You are part developer, part AI workflow builder, and part systems thinker.
