AI/ML Developer Job Description We are seeking a skilled AI/ML Developer to design, architect, and deploy AI/ML-powered SaaS web applications. This role involves end-to-end ownership of deployment projects using various data types, ensuring high performance and reliability. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions and optimize system architecture for speed, scalability, and security. Responsibilities Design, architect, and deploy AI/ML-powered SaaS web applications that interact with multiple backend services. Take end-to-end ownership of deployment projects using structured and unstructured data types, including time series data. Ensure high performance, low latency, and reliability for external customer interactions and data processing workflows. Collaborate with IT, DevOps, and engineering teams to define technical requirements and deliver scalable solutions. Optimize system architecture for speed, scalability, and security, balancing user experience and backend efficiency. Create, implement, and debug infrastructure and pipelines to automate the deployment process. Design systems using scaling strategies and proven architectural patterns to support growth and high availability. Essential Skills Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field required; Master's degree preferred. 4+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering with a focus on software product deployment (SaaS preferred). Experience with setting up staging environments. Proficiency with RESTful APIs, microservices, and serverless architectures. Proficiency with infrastructure deployment and orchestration tools such as Terraform, Azure DevOps, Azure Container Apps, Azure Functions, Docker, and Azure pipelines. Demonstrated ability to architect systems for fast response times and high availability. Excellent problem-solving, collaboration, communication, and teamwork skills. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience with Kubernetes is a plus. Proven track record delivering production-grade AI/ML models, including scalable data pipelines and monitoring systems. Experience with Microsoft Office Applications, AWS, and Kubernetes. Work Environment This is a fully remote position, with a requirement to travel to Colorado once per quarter for team collaboration. The role involves working on complex AI products that bring high efficiency to customers. The team values innovation and provides a unique opportunity to work on true AI products. Azure services such as AI Foundry, Cosmos DB, and Azure pipelines are heavily utilized. Terraform is essential, and there is potential to learn Temporal. The role offers significant control and accountability over infrastructure decisions, focusing on scalable deployment strategies. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Greenwood Village, CO. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $145000.00 - $200000.00/yr.
