  • Responsibilities
  • The Application Analyst I is a junior builder dedicated to supporting Mayo Clinic's citizen developer program.
This role coaches citizen developers using UiPath StudioX, answers day-to-day build questions, reviews citizen-built automations against program standards, and contributes hands-on automation builds when needed. It is an excellent on-ramp for a developer who wants to grow in UiPath and AI enablement while actively coaching others.
  • Key Responsibilities
  • : + Coach citizen developers on UiPath StudioX best practices, standards, and build patterns.
+ Review citizen-built automations for quality, safety, security, and alignment to program standards. + Build hands-on automations where citizen-dev capacity or complexity requires professional support. + Support citizen developer onboarding, office hours, and community of practice events. + Maintain and improve citizen developer templates, reusable components, and documentation. + Triage questions and incidents related to citizen-developed automations; escalate appropriately. + Contribute to AI Enablement activities by supporting early AI/LLM experimentation by citizen developers. + Grow technical skills toward more complex UiPath Studio and AI-enabled work.
  • Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree OR Associate's Degree with 2 years' experience in business analysis. Epic/Vendor Certification
  • Required.
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • + 1+ years of hands-on UiPath experience (StudioX or Studio), including at least one production or near-production automation.
+ Strong interest in coaching, teaching, or enabling others. + Good written and verbal communication skills. + Familiarity with AI and LLM concepts. + UiPath Citizen Developer, RPA Associate, or equivalent certification. + Experience supporting a citizen developer program or similar enablement initiative. + Exposure to UiPath Apps, Assistant, or Document Understanding. + Healthcare or Finance domain exposure.
  • This position is a 100% remote work. Individual may live anywhere in the US.
