Full Job Description Pay Rate:
PL 13 $93,400 - $124,500 Multiple factors, including Individual experience, skills and abilities will determine where an employee is ultimately placed in the pay range.

Key Responsibilities:
Key member of a team providing mission critical support for an existing suite of in house developed applications. Provide quality and timely development results, including architecting, building, sustaining, testing, implementing, and configuring applications in accordance with corporate standards. Lead enterprise application deployment projects, providing technical leadership and working with cross-functional teams. Define and document functional/technical specifications and support documentation for custom solutions aligned with true business needs. Build and maintain good relationships with geographically distributed IT resources, business analysts, developers, corporate staff groups, teammates, business representatives, and other stakeholders. Take ownership of the working environment and strive to make it more efficient. Seek out, create, and communicate best practices and processes. Act as a change agent, challenging the status quo and encouraging continuous improvement. Invite input from others and influence new ideas and processes. Act as a technical expert in one or more specialized areas of application systems analysis and programming. Provide application support in a 24/7/365 environment by participating in an on-call rotation.
About You:
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities 5+ years of development experience desired.
Required Experience/Technologies:
.NET Development (C#/VB.NET) Web Development (ASP.NET, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, CSS, HTML5) Developing against SQL (MS/Oracle SQL experience preferred)
Desired Experience/Technologies:
Azure DevOps, Git, Topshelf, Log4net, PowerShell, Python, Perl Docker, Citrix, Crystal Reports, SSRS, PowerBI Agile Scrum framework
GE Proficy Plant Applications and Aveva/OSIsoft PI Critical Competencies:
Troubleshooting/Problem Solving Action-Oriented/Self-Motivated Creativity Dealing with Ambiguity Learning on the Fly Communication Skills (oral and written) Team Player Organization and Planning Knowledge of mill systems and plant floor application integrations. Ability to handle multiple priorities. Ability to provide technical guidance to less experienced personnel. Influence application and technical architecture directions. Demonstrate leadership and ability to provide quality and timely results in designing, building, architecture, sustaining, testing, and/or configuring services of application development. Highly skilled in the entire development process as it relates to your applications. Seek out or create and communicate best practices and processes. Strong background in personal computer/server hardware and software platforms. Desire to continue a technical/analyst individual contributor job path.
