This is a hybrid position. The candidate will need to be local to the DC Metro area as they will need to be onsite as needed for meetings.
MUST HAVE's:
Certifications:
Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) required; Certified Application Developer (CAD) preferred.
Experience:
Deep technical background (typically 7 years, including 3 years focusing on custom application development) in enterprise environments.
Expertise:
Expert in custom application architecture, application lifecycle management, performance optimization, and code quality compliance. Serve as the lead technical expert responsible for the architecture, design, and development of custom applications and solutions on the ServiceNow platform. This individual will translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable application designs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and industry best practices. The Application Development Solution Architect will oversee the full application development lifecycle, provide technical leadership to development teams, and ensure the integration of new applications with existing systems. Additionally, this role will establish development standards, review code for quality and compliance, and mentor team members to drive innovation and successful delivery of ServiceNow application solutions.
