As a Call Recording Speech Analytics Engineer , you will be an integral part of the Technology Support department supporting call recording, speech analytics, and workforce management solutions . The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical expertise , independent problem-solving skills , and excellent communication abilities which will align successfully in the organization.

Call Recording Speech Analytics Engineer Location:
Pennington, NJ What's the Job? Implement, configure, and support call recording, speech analytics, and Workforce Management (WFM) systems for the organization. Coordinate with vendor partners such as NICE to ensure seamless system integration and deployment. Perform unit testing, performance testing, and troubleshooting to optimize system performance and stability. Support the transition of solutions into production, including monitoring and documentation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions meet technical and business requirements. What's Needed? Minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience with call recording platforms, speech analytics solutions, and Workforce Management (WFM) systems. Strong foundation in programming fundamentals, system configuration, and release management. Experience with NICE platform suite, Windows Server administration, and PowerShell scripting. Proficiency in SQL, web communication protocols, and Linux operating systems. Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and documentation skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively. What's in it for me?
