• D365 Solutions Architect , you will make an impact by driving platform health, performance, and long-term success for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform implementations. You will be a trusted advisor to clients, leading assessments and delivering actionable strategies to optimize enterprise platforms. In this role, you will:
• Assess Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Power Platform environments end-to-end to identify risks, inefficiencies, and gaps
• Provide architecture-level recommendations across Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Automate, and D365 solutions
• Evaluate platform security, including roles, access controls, and compliance alignment
• Drive operational excellence through governance, incident response planning, and performance optimization
• Deliver executive-ready assessment reports and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to implement improvements Work model We strive to provide flexibility wherever possible.

• 5+ years of experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement modules (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service)
• Strong expertise in Power Platform (Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Automate)
• Experience in solution architecture, customization, and integrations
• Experience with incident management, business continuity, and operational governance
• Strong consulting, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills
• Power Platform Model App Certification PL-7003 or relevant experience
• Dynamics 365 Fundamentals (CRM) MB-910 or relevant experience
• One of the following: Dynamics 365 Customer Experience Analyst

MB-280 OR

Dynamics 365 Field Service Functional Consultant MB-240 These will help you succeed:

• Experience with ALM practices for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks (e.g., SOC2, NIST, ISO)
• Experience supporting regulated industries
• Power Automate PL-200 Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate Certification or relevant experience.

• $150,000 annually, depending on experience, skills, and location. This position is eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans. Benefits
