About the role As an Consulting Manager, Payment Architecture , you will make an impact by designing and delivering scalable, secure payment solutions across banking and fintech ecosystems, enabling real-time transaction capabilities and modern payment integrations. You will be a valued member of the Payments & Financial Services Consulting team and work collaboratively with business, product, engineering, operations stakeholders, and clients. In this role, you will: + Design and deliver enterprise payment solutions, with strong focus on architecture, implementation strategy, and integration across banking and fintech platforms + Lead solution architecture for payments, covering API -based integrations, microservices architecture, and end-to-end payment flows (issuer, processor, and network interactions) + Collaborate with clients, banks, processors ( FIS , Fiserv), and fintech/payment enablers (e.g., TabaPay, Brightwell, Linker Finance) to enable scalable payment ecosystems + Conduct stakeholder workshops to define target-state architectures, business requirements, and scalable solution designs across cross-functional teams + Document current-state vs. target-state architectures, identifying gaps, risks, dependencies, and driving governance, alignment, and implementation roadmaps Work model We strive to provide flexibility wherever possible.
