Woburn, MA. Develop, support, deploy, migrate, update and administer applications, dashboards, macros, plugins, solutions, playbooks, scripts, workflows, automation, queries. Review QA, process optimization, system monitoring, custom fields, displays, permissions, schemes, requirements, backlog configurations, spaces, privileges, templates, project tracking, repositories, branching, pull requests, code, user access, group-based access controls, authentication, security, audits, interfaces, servers, patching, performance tuning, capacity planning, releases, traceability, bottlenecks, performance, data, traffic, server health, logs, tickets, debugging, fixes, metrics, trends, browser tools, analytics, platform and system failures, remediation techniques, root cause, troubleshooting, cloud infrastructure, disaster recovery. Perform testing, and create release notes, user manuals, FAQs, best practice documents. Analyze client/user needs, recommend modifications, and formulate validation plans. Use BitBucket, Confluence, Jira, Agile, Crowd, Atlassian, JQL, LDAP, SSO, Horizon, Linux, SSH, SuperPuTTY, Ansible, Tower, AppDynamics, Dynatrace, CI/CD, Jenkins, Git, GitHub, Splunk. Script Runner, Groovy, Qtest, QC, SIL, Unix, SQL, JavaScript. 40 hrs/wk. Must have Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Electronic Engineering, or a related field, and 2 years experience in the proffered position or as a Developer, Software Engineer, Technology Analyst, Programmer Analyst, or related occupation. In the alternative, will accept a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in the specified fields plus 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the specified occupations. Must have 2 years of experience developing dashboards, workflows, automation, queries; reviewing permissions, schemes, user access, security, releases, performance, logs, tickets, troubleshooting, cloud infrastructure; using BitBucket, Confluence, Jira, Agile, Atlassian, JQL, GitHub, Groovy, SQL, JavaScript. Must be willing to travel/relocate to unanticipated locations throughout the US on short notice for extended periods of time. Telecommuting permitted. $178,132 to $178,150 /yr.
