Job Description:

We're looking for a Full Stack Developer who will take a key role on our team. Candidates must demonstrate a strong grasp of LLM-assisted development practices, including prompt design, output validation, security considerations, and maintainability standards. Generated code is not accepted at face value; it must meet the same rigor, performance, and quality expectations as handwritten code. No vibe coders. Starting pay will be based on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain high-quality applications that meet user requirements and business needs Work closely with other members of the engineering team to design, develop and implement new features Ensure code integrity, organization, and maintainability Implement security and data protection measures Participate in code reviews to ensure that code meets established standards Keep up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in software development

Required Skills and Expertise:

Experience with PHP, MYSQL, HTML5, CSS, TypeScript and JavaScript Experience with web services (SOAP, REST, JSON, XML) Development experience or knowledge of both mobile and desktop Knowledge of code versioning (GIT) Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Strong communication and collaboration skills

Self-motivated Beneficial Skills and Expertise:

Knowledge of Javascript frameworks like React and MVC frameworks like Laravel 3-5 years of work experience as a Software Engineer or similar field Passion for the Engineering field and hunger for new knowledge in an ever-changing industry Local candidate preferred, but open to fully remote
