Monday to Friday, 8 AM•5 PM About the Role We are hiring a Software Engineer•IVR (Genesys) to join our client's contact center technology team on a contract basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with one of the most innovative financial services organizations in the U.S. You'll help drive the development of scalable, high-performance self-service solutions that enhance customer experience through advanced voice automation technologies. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and enhance IVR (Interactive Voice Response) applications using modern engineering practices Build and maintain backend applications using Java, Spring, and related technologies Develop and support speech-enabled IVR solutions using Genesys or similar platforms Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design solutions aligned with business objectives Troubleshoot and resolve issues to ensure high system availability and performance Ensure code quality through testing, code reviews, and best development practices Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives Mentor junior developers and contribute to a collaborative team environment What We're Looking For 5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer or similar role Strong hands-on experience with Java and Spring framework Experience with IVR technologies, preferably Genesys or similar platforms Knowledge of VXML (Voice XML), JavaScript, or Groovy Experience working with speech-enabled applications Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure or OpenShift is a plus Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced Agile environment Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Compensation Hourly Rate:

$65.00•$68.00 per hour This range reflects base compensation and may vary based on location, market conditions, experience, and candidate qualifications.
