Solugenix is seeking an experienced Java Developer with Kafka for a full-time, hybrid position based in Irvine, CA. We are seeking a skilled Java Full Stack Developer with strong backend and frontend development expertise. Strong experience in API design and development (REST, GraphQL). Frontend experience with modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue). Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Kubernetes). Strong knowledge of containerization (Docker) and orchestration tools like Kubernetes. Experience with CI/CD tools like GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab CI/CD. Proficient with version control (Git) and Agile/Scrum practices. Nice to Have:
Knowledge of event-driven architecture, and message brokers (Kafka). Knowledge of Automation through Python. Responsibilities:
Lead the design and development of backend services and APIs using scalable architectures. Strong experience in Spring Boot, Angular, React, TypeScript and Rest API services. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features end-to-end. Ensure performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications. Write clean, maintainable code and enforce best practices (code reviews, TDD, design patterns). Design and manage RESTful/GraphQL APIs and data schemas. Develop CI/CD pipelines and oversee the deployment process using containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes). Maintain and optimize cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure). Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in production systems. Mentor junior and mid-level developers and provide technical guidance. Stay updated with industry trends and suggest architectural improvements. Pay Range for CA, CO, IL, NJ, NY, WA, and DC:
$80/hour to $90/hour. Starting rate of pay offered may vary depending on factors including but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
