Job Description

Job Title:

Java Full Stack Engineer (Mid-Tier, Java, AWS

Only Visa:

USC-EAD Only Location:

Smithfield, RI. Open to relocation but local candidates given first priority.

Schedule:

Hybrid onsite every other week (5 days per week).

Interview Process:

2 rounds This is mid-tier and data focused. No front focus at all on this team.

Kafka SQL Role:

The ideal candidate has 7-9 years of experience with Java and Spring Boot application development, along with at least 4 years of experience working with AWS services such as S3, Athena, EMR, EC2, Lambda, and CloudFormation. Strong experience with Oracle, PostgreSQL, and NoSQL databases is required, as well as knowledge of REST APIs, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, distributed systems, and cloud technologies. Additional experience with Angular, messaging platforms such as Kafka and Kinesis, stream processing tools, Python, code quality tools, and Agile development environments is preferred.
