This role is ideal for a senior-level engineer who enjoys solving complex problems, influencing architecture, and contributing directly to high-impact development work. This is not a people management role—you'll lead through technical expertise, strong decision-making, and hands-on contribution. What You'll Do Contribute to and help guide architecture decisions across our web platform and integrations Lead complex development efforts through hands-on coding in a modern .NET environment Partner with business stakeholders to build scalable, user-friendly solutions Improve system performance, reliability, and maintainability Review code and promote development best practices across the team Support and enhance a cloud-based environment leveraging AWS services Participate in full SDLC, including design, development, testing, and deployment What You Bring Strong experience with C# / .NET and building scalable web applications Experience developing APIs and working with cloud environments (AWS preferred) Solid understanding of database design and performance (SQL Server or MySQL) Ability to influence technical decisions and collaborate cross-functionally Experience working in Agile environments with modern development practices Nice to Have Front-end experience with React or similar frameworks Experience with microservices or serverless architecture Familiarity with GraphQL or Salesforce integrations Compensation & Benefits Salary range: $120,000-$140,000 , based on experience and qualifications.
