Microsoft Application & Integration Engineer Location:
Holyoke, MA (Hybrid Role)
Contract Length:
12 months (possibility of extension) Overview We are looking for a hands-on IT Systems Engineer with experience in Microsoft on-premises and cloud environments. The role involves supporting the full application lifecycle, including development, deployment, and production support for both custom and COTS applications. Key Responsibilities Develop, configure, test, deploy, and support applications. Build and maintain system integrations with stakeholders. Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis. Identify and fix vulnerabilities. Support users and technical teams. Follow IT change management and security standards. Provide documentation and knowledge transfer. Requirements Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or related field. 5+ years experience in Microsoft stack.
Strong skills in:
Windows Server, SQL Server, IIS, .NET, Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Active Directory/Entra ID. Experience in development + system administration. Strong troubleshooting and production support experience. Knowledge of networking, hosting, and enterprise environments. Experience working in change-controlled environments. Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
