Role Summary:

Work with Quadient Professional Services to understand client requirements, solve businessproblems & design & develop Quadient workflows

Job Responsibilities:

ï‚

• Performs design and development of applications on complex projects utilizing both packaged software applications (Quadient Inspire) and custom-built applicationsï‚
• Use of Complex data types (XML, multi-line, line-data, variable data record formats)ï‚
• Program, test and troubleshoot workflowsï‚
• Set up master workflows to support Document Template design using Inspire Interactiveï‚
• Define document blocks. Compose Document Templates using Inspire Interactiveï‚
• Define Scaler workflows for automatic processing of input data filesï‚
• Expose Inspire Designer template workflows and/or Inspire Interactive Document Templates as REST services, to enable clients to trigger these communications in real timeï‚
• Working experience on complex DC document & forms designingï‚
• Define Omni Channel outputsï‚
• Generate emails in HTML or plain textï‚
• Generate SMSï‚
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve processï‚
• Assist in resolving internal/external inquiries related to input/output requirements, intended usage, strategic planning, and alignment of these elements to internal checks, controls, and quality assuranceï‚
• Participate in team efforts to standardize processï‚
• Assist with data file analysis

Education Background:

B.Sc. in Computer Science or B. Tech in Computer Science or equivalent
