Key Responsibilities:
Lead the architecture and solution design of PROS/Conga Smart CPQ implementations for complex quoting scenarios. Design scalable Smart CPQ solutions that align with client business requirements and strategic objectives. Develop and own the architecture blueprint for quoting workflows, integrations, and technical solution components. Collaborate closely with onsite Functional Consultants to translate business requirements into effective technical designs. Serve as the primary technical counterpart to client stakeholders, providing design leadership throughout the project lifecycle. Lead technical discovery sessions, requirements workshops, and solution design discussions with customers. Work collaboratively with onsite and offshore teams to plan, coordinate, and deliver implementation activities. Validate implementation approaches to ensure alignment with approved solution designs and business processes. Create and maintain comprehensive design documentation, including solution architecture, workflow diagrams, integration designs, and technical specifications. Apply deep expertise in the PROS/Conga CPQ data model to support configuration, customization, and design decisions. Support configuration, data migration, and testing activities while ensuring data integrity and solution quality. Provide technical leadership during development, deployment, and upgrade phases. Collaborate with teams working on PROS/Conga Smart Price Management (SPM) and support real-time pricing integrations with CPQ solutions. Ensure adherence to best practices, scalability standards, and architectural governance throughout project delivery.

Must Have Skills:
PROS/Conga Smart CPQ Solution Architecture & Design, CPQ Implementation, Smart Price Management (SPM), Pricing Integration, CPQ, Client-Facing Technical Leadership & Requirements Gathering 5+ years of hands-on experience with PROS/Conga Smart CPQ and Smart Price Management (SPM). Proven experience leading CPQ implementations and owning solution architecture and technical design activities. Experience as a Solutions Architect, Technical Architect, or Lead Implementer responsible for driving Smart CPQ technical solutions. Strong understanding of PROS/Conga Smart Pricing Management concepts and integration patterns. Deep knowledge of the PROS/Conga CPQ data model, configuration framework, and customization capabilities. Demonstrated ability to design scalable, maintainable, and business-focused CPQ solutions. Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in onsite/offshore delivery models. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to address complex business and technical challenges. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to effectively present technical concepts and solution designs to both technical and non-technical audiences. Experience with enterprise system integrations involving CRM, ERP, and pricing platforms. Expertise in quote-to-cash processes and CPQ best practices. Experience supporting data migration, testing strategies, and deployment planning. Ability to mentor implementation teams and provide technical leadership across multiple workstreams. Strong customer-facing consulting and workshop facilitation experience. Success Factors Ability to confidently engage with client stakeholders and guide solution decisions. Strong balance of architecture, design, and implementation expertise. Proven track record of delivering successful CPQ projects from design through deployment. Ability to drive collaboration between business, functional, and technical teams to achieve project success.
