Strong testing experience, including unit, component, and integration testing. Experience troubleshooting distributed systems and cloud-native applications. Proficiency with Git and modern software development workflows. Roles & Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Scala. Build and enhance distributed systems that process large-scale data workloads. Develop integrations with cloud services across AWS and Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform). Implement secure authentication and authorization mechanisms using cloud-native identity services. Build and maintain data pipelines supporting ingestion, transformation, and analytics. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and deliver solutions. Ensure system reliability, observability, performance, and operational excellence. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. Participate in code reviews and mentor other engineers. Troubleshoot and resolve issues in distributed, cloud-based environments.
