Office Location:
Lower Manhattan, NY (4 days per week in the office) This role is not eligible for U.S. immigration sponsorship Accrete is a dual-use AI software company that licenses its Knowledge Engine Platform and Expert AI Agents to government and enterprise clients. The platform creates a unified semantic representation of an organization's ground truth—capturing tacit domain knowledge, understanding contextual relevance, and connecting information silos—enabling expert agents to reason across complex data and support high-stakes decisions with confidence. From national security to commercial use cases, Accrete delivers mission-critical decision intelligence and automation on a single platform. About the Role We are seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to join our AI Platform team. This team is responsible for building the core infrastructure, tools, and user-facing applications that enable development, deployment, and scaling of advanced AI systems. You will work across the stack to deliver performant, intuitive, and reliable systems that bridge complex AI capabilities with real-world user needs. What You'll Do Design and build end-to-end features across frontend and backend systems Develop scalable APIs and services that power AI-driven applications Build intuitive user interfaces for interacting with AI models and data Collaborate closely with ML engineers to integrate models into production systems Improve platform reliability, performance, and developer experience Contribute to architectural decisions and technical direction of the AI platform Own projects from concept through deployment and iteration What We're Looking For 5+ years of experience in full-stack software engineering Strong experience with modern frontend frameworks (e.g., React, TypeScript) Backend experience with Python, Go, or similar languages Experience building and consuming APIs (REST, GraphQL) Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) Experience with databases (SQL and/or NoSQL) Strong product mindset with the ability to translate requirements into technical solutions Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments Nice to Have Experience working with AI/ML systems or data-intensive applications Familiarity with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes) Experience with real-time systems or streaming architectures Exposure to security, compliance, or government-focused environments
Salary Range:
160k-203k The salary range provided reflects the estimated compensation for this role based on the expected qualifications and experience level. The final offer may vary depending on factors such as skills, experience, and alignment with role requirements.
