This individual will serve as the technical lead for the platform, partnering closely with stakeholders across Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and other business units to drive automation, improve workflows, and support critical business processes. Key Responsibilities Own the day-to-day administration, configuration, security, and maintenance of the NetSuite environment Design and implement scalable workflows, automations, custom records, dashboards, reports, and saved searches Manage integrations with third-party business applications and troubleshoot data flow issues Translate business requirements into technical solutions that improve operational efficiency Lead system enhancements, release management, testing, and platform optimization initiatives Serve as the primary NetSuite subject matter expert and support internal users Maintain documentation, system controls, compliance procedures, and best practices Qualifications 5+ years of dedicated NetSuite administration and development experience Experience supporting NetSuite implementations, enhancements, and optimization projects Advanced knowledge of SuiteFlow, SuiteScript, workflows, custom fields, saved searches, reporting, and CSV imports Strong understanding of ERP processes including Order-to-Cash (O2C), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Close-to-Report (C2R), Manufacturing, and Warehouse Management NetSuite Administrator Certification and/or SuiteCloud Developer Certification Experience working with integrations, APIs, and multi-system environments Excellent communication skills with the ability to partner effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary and bonus structure 401(k) with company match Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage Generous PTO and paid holidays Parental leave and family planning benefits Wellness stipend Tuition reimbursement Phone reimbursement Opportunity to join a mission-driven organization helping shape the future of sustainable infrastructure
