Job Description

Lead by example to raise engineering standards and guidelines (e.g., performance tuning, security, testability) through outstanding code, comprehensive code reviews, and automated test practices.
Actively collaborate on or drive technical analysis to ensure that other team members and dependent departments clearly understand complex implementations.
Participate in the entire product lifecycle, from requirements grooming, defining implementation strategy, to overseeing the deployment and operational health of the software in production.
Proactively participate in the continuous improvement of how the team operates to ensure consistent and predictable delivery.
Actively mentor and guide other team members (mid-level and junior engineers) in their daily coding and development tasks, providing specific, hands-on feedback to improve their technical proficiency and coding efficiency.
Contribute significantly to the Development Chapter by communicating technical solutions, establishing coding standards, and taking initiative to improve the collective engineering capabilities and toolchain.

The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $113,625-$151,500 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.Tasks and Qualifications:

You have a master's degree in Informatics or Computer Science (or equivalent through experience)You have 5+ years of relevant experience in developing software productsYou have strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detailYou can work autonomously and with cross-functional teamsYou are pro-active, take initiative within the teamYou are eager to learn and challenge the status-quoYou have professional proficiency in EnglishYour experience with agile software development methodologies is a plusYour experience with .NET, graph-based mathematics, emulation, UI performance optimization or other interesting technologies are a plusYour experience in the intralogistics industry, warehouse automation or material handling is a plusLocation & Authorization:
