Job Description
Schaeffler Motion Technologies, USA LLC seeks a Senior Software Engineer in Auburn Hills, MI responsible for Software Requirements development. Contributes to defining and managing software requirements based on system requirements and domain standard, such as AUTOSAR. Performs embedded software development. Develops and implements embedded software that meets requirements and complies with standards. Participates in software architectural design, detailed design, integration, and calibration parameter implementation. Coordinates with internal and external stakeholders for embedded software development. Collaborates with internal and external teams, including AUTOSAR basic software stack teams, production teams, including flash programming and end-of-line software functions, verification and validation teams and related functions, and customers to realize final software outcomes. Ensures process compliance by applying defined software development processes, such as ASPICE. Telecommuting permitted 2 days per week.
